About the event
Join us at Arrow Creative for our monthly studio sessions! Each month, we will be hosting a 2-hour art session led by local artist Terri Scott. February's session is collage portraits. You will create a collage from cutouts from a magazine or your own personal photos. After creating your collage portrait, Terri will guide you in painting your portrait with acrylic paint.
Must be 21+ to attend. Bring your own drinks/snacks!
About the Instructor
Terri Scott is an illustrator, character designer, and art teacher. She received her Bachelor's of Fine Arts at Memphis College of Art in 2014, with a focus on illustration and painting. As a freelance illustrator of seven years, she has created content for local clients such as Church Health Reader, Overton Park Conservancy, Spay Memphis and WKNO. She also teaches art to children for local art studios. Her home is in Memphis, Tennessee with her husband and three cats.
